STAKEHOLDERS have urged Zambia to take a measured approach in responding to calls for the realignment of the 2025 national budget following the recent decision by U.S government to freeze aid in some African countries.
President Donald Trump announced the implementation of a 90-day freeze on foreign development assistance.
