GILBERT Liswaniso, has warned high-ranking government and UPND officials against distancing themselves from the party after being appointed, warning that the ruling party should not solely depend on civil servants because their allegiance was never permanent.
Mr Liswaniso, the UPND national youth chairperson said civil servants were like prostitutes who work with whichever political party was in power.
