THERE is no need for President Hakainde Hichilema to be in a hurry to change the Constitution because the country is not in a constitutional crisis, Harry Kalaba has said.
Speaking on Millennium TV recently Dr Kalaba said the country’s Constitution was very much intact and no one should think of changing it as the country was not in a constitutional crisis.
