A LUSAKA resident, identified as Irago Mtonga, has sued Maina Soko Military Hospital and the Attorney General after a failed tooth extraction procedure resulted in a broken jaw.
According to a statement of claim filed in the High Court of Zambia by MAK Partners legal practitioners, Mr. Mtonga is seeking K7 million in compensation, citing deteriorating health and difficulty chewing solid food.
