FOOTBALL Association of Zambia (FAZ) president, Andrew Kamanga, has emphasized that his administration’s primary focus, if re-elected, will be achieving financial independence to support decentralization efforts.
Speaking at the Lusaka Province Annual General Meeting (AGM), Kamanga reiterated that financial independence is vital for the successful implementation of decentralization.
