President Hakainde Hichilema recently appointed Dr Sinyangwe as Permanent Secretary for Technical Services and moved Proffessor Lackson Kasonka, the former Permanent Secretary for Technical Services to Cabinet Office for redeployment. Secretary to Cabinet Patrick Kangwa when contacted to clarify why the ministry was having three Permanent Secretaries said he was not aware of the development.
