The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has been challenged to immediately institute investigations into the corruption scandal at Mkushi’s Sacko Manganese Mine which has since culminated to the arrest and expulsion from the UPND of youths who accused some senior leaders of the governing party and some State House official.
