ANOTHER state prosecutor has placed herself on record in a case involving former foreign affairs minister Joseph Malanji and former Secretary to the treasury Fredson Yamba following an appointment of Ms. Monica Chipanta Mwansa as Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Deputy Director General who was prosecuting the matter.
