Now that the UPND has taken almost total control of the biggest opposition ruling party, the Patriotic Front (PF) the feared constitutional changes that will change the face of this country for good can be expected to sail through the compromised house.
Everything and anything will now pass through Parliament without any meaningful opposition.
This means that the constitutional changes that the President wants introduced will pass through the house. The UPND will have their wishes legislated, making it criminal to oppose them as doing so will constitute treason, hate speech or sedition.
