PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema should resist the temptation of bulldozing the amendment of the Constitution just 15 months before the general election because there is no constitutional crisis to warrant such rush amendments, Harry Kalaba has said.
Dr Kalaba, the Citizens First (CF) president says it is surprising that President Hichilema is determined to single handedly change the Constitution of the country without involving all stakeholders.
Dr Kalaba is urging President Hichilema to immediately halt his plans to change the Constitution for expediency and against the will of Zambians.
