STATE House has rubbished assertions that the new dawn administration is under state capture by some business cartels, including Agro Fuel stating that the Hakainde Hichilema administration has so far achieved great strides in fighting systematic corruption which was endemic in the previous administration.
Miles Sampa is claiming that the State may have been captured by Agro Fuel in the country’s fuel supply chain and that is why the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has been unable to conduct thorough investigations against the named company.
But Clayson Hamasaka, the State House Chief Communications Specialist says he is aware that some opposition political leaders have been spewing cheap propaganda against President Hichilema, linking the head of State to fuel procurement business in the supplying and delivering petroleum products to government.
