FOREIGN Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Mulambo Haimbe has differed sharply with State House Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka on the issue of government having a draft bill on the constitutional amendments which President Hakainde Hichilema has been pronouncing lately.
Mr Hamasaka, who is President Hichilema’s spokesperson, recently came out to defend him by suggesting that there was a draft constitution that is scheduled for release this week.
But Mr Haimbe, who is also former Minister of Justice said it was ignorant for anyone to suggest that there is a draft bill, when the constitutional making process is an encompassing process that involves all CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
