THE fuel procurement scandal which say the country buy fuel at UA$115 million in the last three years and which is now being purchased at UA$57 million is nothing but economic sabotage in in countries where corruption is criminalized such as China, those involved would have been hanged until pronounced dead, Binwell Mpundu told Parliament yesterday.
And Miles Sampa, the Matero Patriotic Front (PF) Member of Parliament has warned that all those who had benefited from the Agro Fuel scandal should be ready to account for their participation in the economic sabotage of the country after the change of government in 2026.
