PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has urged African leaders to prioritise self-reliance and strengthen the Africa Centre for Disease Control (Africa CDC).
President Hichilema said member states should enhance investment in both their own nations and Africa CDC to promote self-reliance and boost domestic resource mobilisation.
