FORMER Kasama Member of Parliament Kelvin Sampa appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court yesterday, facing charges of stealing over K150, 000 belonging to Augustus Inyang Akpan.
Sampa, 52, a businessman and member of the ruling UPND, is charged with Richard Shula, 44, a police officer.
