PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says the government will continue delivering infrastructure development in the Eastern Province by enforcing that roads are tarred.
Mr. Hichilema said the government will ensure that the Chadiza-Chipata road is tarred together with the Katete and Chanida on the Mozambique, and works shall continue on the Vubwi road despite the burden of debt the country is experiencing. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
