DAY three of continued rumpus reigning in Parliament yesterday saw Patriotic Front (MPs) yet again walk out of the House shunning the Vice President’s question time after Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti went for Opposition Chief Whip Stephen Kampyongo, threatening to eject him from the House.
