EXPELLED Patriotic Front (PF) Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa yesterday took a sacrilegious ride in Parliament when he blasphemously claimed that it was by God’s grace that he had returned to the opposition front bench in the House after one year of having been relegated to the back.
