And NAPSA has called for closer collaboration with the media to bridge the information gap regarding the services it provides.
NAPSA Director General, Muyangwa Muyangwa, said the institution is dedicated to clear the misconceptions surrounding its operations by providing accurate information.
Mr. Muyangwa emphasised that as a key institution for the country’s development, NAPSA is committed to enhancing transparency within its operations.
He said the institution will ensure that operations are done in a right manner to build confidence in Zambians.
He made the remarks during the opening of a one-day media workshop held in Siavonga which has attracted journalists from various media outlets.
“We have come to realise that there is an information gap that needs to be filled and it needs to be filled with correct information.
That information once filled, we are convinced that our members will understand why NAPSA was created, how it operates, what value it creates to our members,” Mr. Muyangwa said.
