The Anti Corruption Commission has detained Lusaka Province minister Bowman Lusambo after a warn and caution statement was recorded from him in a matter where ACC believes he is in possession of property reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime.
Lusambo has since been whisked to Ridgway police for other formalities.
