By IRVIN MUYUMBWATHE Zambia Police Service high command has distanced itself from claims by United Party for National Development UPND president Hakainde Hichilema that heavily armed police raided his in-laws’ homes in Shibuyunji in search of imaginary weapons.Lusaka Province Commissioner of Police Luckson Sakala wondered which police could have raided the homes to Mr Hichilema’s in-laws in Shibuyunji because no instruction was issued for such an operation.When queried on the matter as reported by Mr Hichilema on his Facebook page, Mr Sakala said he did not have the operation as claimed by the UPND leader.“Where did those police officers come from?
