HARARE – Zimbabwe’s transport minister Joel Biggie Matiza has died aged 61, the FOURTH minister to succumb to Covid-19.Matiza was hospitalised last week after catching the respiratory illness.Government spokesman Ndavaningi Mangwana said Matiza died at a private hospital in Harare on Friday.“Unfortunately it’s true,” Mangwana told ZimLive by phone from Harare, when asked to confirm rumours of the minister’s death.
