By SILUMESI MALUMOTHE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) is toothless and has failed to nip corruption in the bud, says United Party for Prosperous Zambia (UPPZ) president Charles Chanda.Mr Chanda urged the ACC to up its game to curb corruption in the country. He said the conduct of the ACC was making the work of President Edgar Lungu difficult.Mr Chanda said the ACC needed to be alert all the time and ensure that cases of corruption were pursued vigorously.He said in an interview yesterday that the ACC was not supposed to act after a public outcry because that showed that it was incompetent.“What we have right now is a weak Anti-Corruption Commission because it is unable to bite the perpetrators of corruption.
