By BARNABAS ZULU THE UPND as a political party has become extremely weak and divided but as a party in government enjoying incumbency, it is exhibiting some form of strength and unity, State Counsel Sakwiba Sikota has observed. The chairman of the United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) says the UPND as a political party was more divided than the opposition and that what had kept the ruling party seem to be united was the fact that it was in government and enjoying the opportunities of incumbency.
