By NATION REPORTER IT IS deeply alarming that Members of Parliament, who themselves enacted asset declaration laws are failing to comply with the very legal and ethical standards they set, some civil society organisations (CSOs) has stated. The four CSOs are Zambian Civil Liberties Union, Advocates for National Development and Democracy, Action Institute for Policy Analysis Center and Measures of Justice and Democracy Foundation.
