Kabesha should advise HH to declare his assets – Kalaba

By NATION REPORTER THE refusal by President Hakainde Hichilema to declare his assets is raising suspicion that he could be hiding something and it is therefore wrong for Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha to suggest that he is not obliged to declare his assets because there is no low that compels him to do so, Harry Kalaba has said.  Dr Kalaba, the leader of the Citizens First said Mr Kabesha is wrong to suggest that just because there is no law compelling President Hichilema to declare his assets, it is acceptable for the head of State to hide what he has accumulated.
