By GRACE CHAILE DIAMOND TV has petitioned the Lusaka High Court to enter a default judgment against socialite Mutale Mwanza, citing her failure to appear or defend herself in a libel case. The television station is seeking damages and an injunction after Mwanza allegedly referred to its Personality of the Year Awards (POTYAS) as “fraudulent” and “a scam” hosted by “hoes”.
