By NATION REPORTER IT is unfortunate that some people, including lawmakers, have failed to report senior police officers who abuse their authority to the Police Public Complaints Commission. Isaac Mwanza, lawyer and activist has since advised Jean Chisenga and Lusaka lawyer Celestine Mukandila to report Mr Mwala Yuyi the Luapula Province police chief to the Police Public Complaints Commission for actions they deemed as abuse of authority of office.
