By GIDEON NYENDWA and BARNABAS ZULU A ROW has erupted between the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and the Zambia Statistics Agency (ZAMSTAT) over the 2022 census results after Choolwe Beyani, the chairperson of the CSC branded the census results illegal, null and void.
