By NATION REPORTER TO ALLOW local producers of precious stones compete more effectively during auctions on the global market, government has suspended exercise duty on precious stones and metals. Felix Nkulukusa the Secretary to the Treasury said in a statement yesterday that the Finance and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane had issued a Statutory Instrument No.4 of 2025 to effect the suspension of the tax.
