By NATION REPORTER THE Zambia Civil Liberties Union (ZCLU) has questioned the reluctance by Zambia Police Complaint Commission (ZPCC) reluctance to act on the current rise in extra judicial killings. And a human rights defender Pumulo Situmbeko, has condemned the police for the killing of four men in Lusaka, who were allegedly involved in criminal activities. According Human rights Commission, at the end of 2024, the Commission had received about 2,200 complaints over a wide range of human rights violations and abuses.
