By BARNABAS ZULU UNITED Kwacha Alliance Chairperson Mr. Sakwiba Sikota, has expressed surprise at Zambia’s modest increase in the 2024 Transparency International Corruption Perception Index (CPI) report, where the country’s score rose to 39 from 37, ranking it 92nd globally. While the improvement may appear encouraging, Mr. Sikota pointed out that Zambia still falls below the global average score of 43 and trails behind its neighboring countries.
