By NATION REPORTER PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema is in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for the African Union (AU) heads of States’ summit. This is according to a statement issued yesterday by Mulambo Haimbe the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. The AU meeting is scheduled for February 15 to 16.
