By NATION REPORTER THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has rebuked Raphael Nakacinda for accusing it of being politically compromised, lacking professionalism, fairness and has lost integrity Brown Kasaro, the Chief Electoral Officer has claimed that Mr Nakacinda’s accusations that the ECZ had become a cadre-branch of the governing UPND as baseless and did not reflect the reality of the electoral process.
