By MERVIS MUSONDA THE Small-Scale Farmers Development Agency (SAFADA) has urged the government to find a permanent solution to the armyworm infestation affecting crops in Zambia. SAFADA Chief Executive Officer, Boyd Moobwe said it is disheartening that armyworms continue to ravage crops annually, threatening national and household food security.
