By BARNABAS ZULU GETRUDE Imenda, has differed with Elijah Muchima, the minister of Health who has threatened to cancel the “corrupt” procurement of 156 ambulances from Ace Pharmaceuticals complained of corruption in the Ace Pharmaceuticals contract to supply and deliver 156 ambulances, claiming that in fact the company has the capacity and time to meet its contractual obligations. Ms Imenda, the UPND deputy secretary general is advising Dr Muchima to resist the temptation of cancelling the ACE Pharmaceutical contract ambulances because according to her, it would be more expensive than waiting for the company to deliver.
