By BARNABAS ZULU BREBNER Changala has lauded Health Minister, Elijah Muchima for having broken the ranks and openly denouncing corruption that has hugely infested the ministry, which has in the past three years been engulfed in corruption scandals without end. Mr Changala, a civil rights and political activist says it is heartening that there are some ministers in the UPND government who are frowning on corruption and that Dr Muchima was one but warns that the minister is engaged in a lonely and dangerous battle.
