By BARNABAS ZULU and MUBITA KATETE BOB Sichinga has criticised the government’s handling of the contract awarded to Ace Pharmaceuticals for the supply of 156 ambulances, claiming that the entire deal is tainted by corruption and collusion between Government officials and company directors. Mr. Sichinga’s remarks come after Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Gary Nkombo, informed Parliament that Ace Pharmaceuticals would deliver at least 50 ambulances by December 31, 2024, in addition to the 11 already procured.
