By NATION REPORTER VEDANTA Resources Limited has failed to resuscitate the Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) and Government should find another investor to run the company optimally, Solomon Ngoma, the Acton Institute for Policy Analysis Centre executive director has said. “It is clear that Vedanta Resources Ltd has lamentably failed to resuscitate KCM Plc and fuifil their investment commitments made prior to them taking over the operations of the mine,” Mr Ngoma said.
