By MUBITA KATETE THE Lusaka City Council (LCC) has secured a conviction and sentenced a Lusaka resident to three months imprisonment with hard labour for obstructing a council cashier in Longacres. Davison Banda, 27, appeared before the Fast Track Court at the Civic Centre on November 28, 2024 where he pleaded guilty to the offence of obstructing an officer on duty.
