By BARNABAS ZULU POLITICAL scientist, Dr. Chris Zumani Zimba has argued that former President Edgar Lungu’s “Plan B” is proving successful, citing the recent Kawambwa by-election as evidence. While the UPND’s candidate, Nason Musonda, won with 5,011 votes (44 percent), Dr. Zumani believes the performance of the Tonse Alliance, under Mr Lungu’s leadership, is a significant achievement for the coalition.
