By NATION REPORTER PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has taken a little longer to respond to the many issues the Catholic Church has raised in their latest Pastoral Letter because he is consulting so that he can make a thorough and comprehensive response, the presidency has said. Clayson Hamasaka, the Chief Communications Specialist says President Hichilema had taken note the concerns the Zambia Conference of Catholic Bishops (ZCCB) had raised in their Pastoral Letter, including the demand that the head of State should make a public apology to the Church after Batuke Imenda, the UPND secretary general referred to Archbishop of Lusaka, His Grace, Dr Alick Banda as Lucifer.
