THE prestigious 2024 Kuomboka traditional ceremony, which is scheduled to take place this weekend could be thrown into chaos as President Hakainde Hichilema has decided to attend the ceremony, which is expected to be graced by the Mwinelubemba, the Paramount Chief Chitimukulu whom the Barotse Royal Establishment (BRE) has invited as its guest of honour.
