THE UPND government has continued accusing the Patriotic Front (PF) of plunder with Chipoka Mulenga, the Minister of Commerce and Industry claiming that the former ruling party allegedly squandered over US$3 billion Eurobond which was supposed to be invested in reviving the railway system.
