A PURPORTED Patriotic Front (PF) member Moses Sakala has claimed that Mr Brian Mundubile was not elected to the position of Leader of the Opposition as required by the Constitution, thus, his ascendance to the position was illegal and should therefore refund the monetary benefits obtained during his tenure.
