GILBERT Phiri, the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has lost legitimacy for refusing to prosecute expelled Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa for forgery and impersonation now that it has been revealed that Mr Sampa’s October 24, 2023 assembly that led to the illegal changing of the original office bearers of the Patriotic Front (PF) was in fact a fraud and a criminal act, Brebner Changala has said.
