FORMER Deputy Inspector General of Police, Charity Masambo Katanga through her lawyers has filed in the Lusaka Magistrate Court that Chief Resident Magistrate, Davies Chibwili erred at law when he put her on defence instead of acquitting her at no case to answer stage.
