A CHIEF investigations officer has told the Lusaka Magistrate Court that Chief Monokalia Mukuni of the Toka Leya people of Livingstone reported to him that he was emotionally distressed by the remarks made by Chilufya Tayali on his Facebook page called EEP president Chilufya Tayali.
