PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has made several reshuffles and appointments to various service commissions which has seen Dr Cholwe Beyani appointed chairperson of the Civil Service Commission with Rodrick Chewe and Ms Gladys Phiri Selemani Tavaris as members of the commission.
