THE Patriotic Front (PF) has asked the Lusaka Magistrate Court to refer the matter in which it is seeking to privately prosecute expelled Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa and his co- accused Morgan Ngona for to the High Court after revelations that Gilbert Phiri, the Director of Public Prosecution is a personal friend and lawyer of Mr Sampa.
